Appointment Setters - No Selling

We are looking for people who want to join our young and dynamic team as door-to-door appointment setters for family-owned Solar Company.
NO SELLING IS REQUIRED!!

This role is responsible for interacting with homeowners and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants. We try to talk to homeowners about how to reduce their power bills.

If you enjoy being outdoors, love talking to people and wish to have fun while earning great money, this is the role for you.

The role is Casual @ $25-$30 base rate per hour depending on experience.
Minimum 3 days a week and 4 hour shifts on Weekday afternoons or Saturdays.

With Base Hourly Rate + $100 Bonus for each appointment set + $250 Commission Total if sale is made on that appointment you set ( $100 plus $150 extra).

Many of our team are earning $1000 PLUS just in commissions weekly.

Uniform provided.

Experienced Door to door appointment setters
Energetic, Driven, Positive attitude and self-motivated
Confident and resilient personality
Hardworking and extremely reliable
Goal -oriented and motivated
Fluent in English
MUST have reliable transport and current drivers licence.

Ideal previous experience could include direct sales, residential sales, team leaders, sales marketing, B2C sales, D2D Team Manager, fundraising, door to door sales (D2D), face to face (F2F), lead generator, lead generation, appointment setting / setter. Solar, Energy, Telecommunications, Roof restoration door knocking teams.
