Job Description
Country Post and Bistro is seeking an experienced Cook to work in our Bistro located in Glencoe, SA.
- Work in a team enviroment.
- Certificate Ill in Commercial Cookery / Food Handling Certificates
- Must have experience with fryer + grill work.
- Bistro is opened Friday + Saturday Nights & Sunday Lunch / Breakfast
- 15 - 25 hours per week
- Input with consultation planning menus + specials of the week.
- Preparation of food for the weekend.
- Ensuring menu delivery to the highest standards are met, ensuring that guests have a positive experience.
- Monitoring and complying with food handling practices ensuring kitchen facilities comply with health regulations.
- Inventory of all product stock levels maintaining records for weekly ordering.
- Extra hours can be picked up in General Store during the week. Must have an RSA + experience in making coffees.
- Must have own transportation due to living 20 minutes to nearest shopping centre.
- Accomodation can be provided for a small fee.
