Raspberries Picker Recruitment

Hi guys，right now is the raspberries season in Coffs Harbour. Raspberries is not like other crops. It needs to be pick and pack as well. So I only recruited someone with basic English for me easily to explain.
By the way, others than raspberries, our team will have blueberries too. When raspberries season going down I will arrange you guys go for blueberries. And the season will continue until at least middle of January .

Work detail (Raspberries Picking)
~Piece rate job(no minimum hourly rate)
-The more you pick the more you earn.
-Price of raspberries fluctuate depends on the market($0.60-$1.20)

Your Wages
-Total punnets you pick x price per punnets = Your daily wages
- For example, you packed 250 punnets today, price is $0.80. 250 punnets x $0.80 = $200 is your wages.
-Payday will be on Friday or Saturday

Accomodations
-Sharehouse (photos provided as request)
- Maximum 5 person per house
- Rent $160 per week + 2 weeks bonds
-Required 2 weeks notice for leaving

Transportation
-With your own car, but I will arrange workers to sit your car to work( they will pay you $10 each day)
