Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and talented fabricators and welders to join our dynamic team. As a fabricator and welder at Calibre Spraying, you will play a crucial role in the construction of our cutting-edge agricultural machinery. From blueprint interpretation to precision welding, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in every aspect of fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately.
Utilize various welding techniques (such as MIG, TIG, and ARC) to join metal parts with precision and durability.
Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Adhere to quality control standards to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Participate in continuous learning and skills development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fabricator and welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Expertise in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
