We are looking for some easy going, relaxed fun people to run our kitchen
About us
Sponars Chalet is a popular and busy Winter Destination in Perisher Valley. It is the first hotel in Perisher Valley since 1909. We provide great standard accommodation and meals to our guests. If you have cooking experience in a commercial kitchen, and love the the Snow. Then this job is for you!
Tasks & responsibilities
Food preparation.
Knife handling, food safety, preparation skills and good hygiene.
Good at organizing food preparation procedure to improve efficiency
Able to work in a busy environment.
Maintaining a clean and professional work space.
Able to deal with catering and function orders.
You must be willing to work a minimum 35-hour week with days off to enjoy the Winter Snow Activities!
We have limited onsite accommodation available for the right applicants, so first in will be the winners! This is a great opportunity to earn good money while working with some amazing, fun caring people.
