With a bustling atmosphere reminiscent of Magaluf or Ibiza during the dry season, we need individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment.

Location: MOM Darwin Hostel, Mitchell St, Darwin
Commitment: Full-time position

About MOM Darwin Hostel & Bar:
Situated in the heart of Mitchell St, MOM Darwin is a 400-bed hostel and bar attracting international backpackers, long-term workers, and short-term guests during the lively dry season. With 100% occupancy, the hostel boasts a party atmosphere, making the Housekeeping Supervisor role both challenging and exciting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cleaning operations of guest rooms, public areas, and accommodation
Apply human resource management skills, including hiring, training, mentoring, rostering, and performance evaluations
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance meet company standards
Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linen
Develop, implement, and monitor training procedures and standards
Ensure daily productivity targets are met, and rooms are completed on time

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven housekeeping experience with high standards
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
Knowledge of safe and efficient housekeeping policies and procedures
Positive and "Can Do" attitude
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to various work situations
Commitment to delivering high-level customer service
Flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends
