JOB TITLE: CLIENT SERVICES ASSISTANT

Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist in providing care and support to elderly residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms.
3. Provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, feeding, grooming, and medication reminders.
4. Participate in recreational activities and social events to promote the overall well-being of residents.
5. Attend training sessions and continuing education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in aged care.

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English, equivalent to at least IELTS 5.0.
2. Completion of the latest influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations.
3. Police Check.
