What we are looking for
This is a high-volume outbound dialing lead generation role. You will be prospecting for and engaging.
with decision makers to develop leads for multiple clients. Working as part of a team you will participate.
in team meetings and campaign reviews collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

This a remote role
In order to work remotely you need to work from a quiet room and have a stable internet connection, your own computer and headset. Once we plug into our systems your good to go!

What you will do
• Make outbound prospecting calls on supplied data for allocated campaigns to generate qualified
leads.
• Update CRM with all information obtained as per campaign and data entry standards
requirements.
• Write accurate notes and wrap each call correctly.
• Provide feedback and insight to team leaders about the trends of your campaign.
• Attend and actively engage in scheduled huddles and meetings.
• Be digitally present and engaged during all work hours. Available to respond in live
communication channels.

Who you are
Experience in high volume outbound telemarketing, or inside sales with an applied knowledge of how to
build rapport, handle objections, and close a lead.
Exceptional communication skills and a working knowledge of technology, IT infrastructure, hardware,
and software solutions
