Backpacker Job Board is an employment marketplace where employers and job seekers can freely meet and open a dialogue about new employment opportunities.
We recommend that all users read this article and subscribe to the standards presented within it. If you are unable to align yourself with this Code of Conduct statement, we suggest you look elsewhere for your employment needs.
Our expectations are that you share our commitment to creating an open and inclusive platform and help nurture a friendly and welcoming community for all our members.
We ask all users to be considerate and to treat others respectfully. Users should act honestly and behave professionally and without prejudice.
We are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity or religion.
Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct will not be tolerated.
As set out in our terms & conditions, we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of the claims made by the users of this site. However, we ask all users to act honestly and report any misuse of the site.

We ask that if you witness any improper conduct, you report it immediately.
Illegal conduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
